# Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Everything Inc. does not sell your personal information for money. This page explains your choices under California law and similar state privacy laws.

### What “sell” and “share” mean

Some state laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly to include certain disclosures to third parties for advertising or analytics. We use first-party analytics and do not run third-party advertising trackers. When you send a financing request, reply to a lender in the Deal Room, or contact a user, you direct us to disclose your information to that user; that is not a sale.

### Your choices

- **Opt out.** Email support@lendermatrix.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” from the address on your account, or use the [contact page](https://lendermatrix.com/contact/). We will record the request for your account and honour browser Global Privacy Control signals where required.

- **Access, correct or delete.** Ask us for a copy of your personal information, to fix it, or to delete it. We will verify your identity first. Some records must be kept, for example billing records and the application history of lenders you contacted; where we cannot delete, we anonymize.

- **Deal Room.** Remove a listing at any time from My Financing Requests.

- **Email.** Switch optional emails off under Notification Settings.
