Lenders and brokers publish their programs here, and you decide which of them receive your financing request. Every lender makes its own credit decisions. What does it cost to use?Nothing for borrowers. Lenders pay a subscription to list their programs. Any fees on a loan are set by the lender or broker you choose to work with and are disclosed by them. Will submitting a request affect my credit?LenderMatrix never pulls credit. You give a self-reported credit range for matching. A lender may ask to pull credit later as part of its own application, with your permission. Who sees my information?Only the lenders and brokers you select. One lender cannot see which other lenders you contacted, their messages or their status. If you choose to list your request in the Deal Room, other lenders see an anonymous summary with no name, contact details or address, and your details are shared with a lender only if you reply to them. What does "Potential Match" mean?It is a comparison between your answers and the criteria a lender published for a program, with a plain list of what matched and what did not. It is not an approval, a pre-approval or an offer. What kinds of financing can I find?Commercial real estate loans such as acquisition, refinance, bridge, construction and SBA 504, and business financing such as SBA 7(a), term loans, lines of credit, equipment, acquisition and working capital. Do you work with specialty or hard-to-finance industries?Yes. Lenders can list programs for specialty industries, and you can filter by industry to find lenders that say they serve yours. Availability depends on the lenders active in the marketplace. Do I need to upload documents?No. LenderMatrix does not collect tax returns, bank statements, Social Security numbers or IDs. If a lender wants documents, they will request them directly through their own process. What do "Featured" and "Sponsored" mean?Those labels mark lenders that pay for extra visibility. Paid placement is capped and rotated, and it never changes whether a program fits your request or how its match is scored. How fast will I hear back?Each lender responds on its own timeline.
