LenderMatrix is a marketplace. Lenders publish what they finance, borrowers search or get matched, and the borrower decides who receives their request.

### What a match tells you

Every match shows the criteria that lined up and the ones that did not, so you can judge fit for yourself before you contact anyone.

### What LenderMatrix does not do

- We do not lend money, broker loans or make credit decisions.

- We do not pull credit or collect Social Security numbers, bank logins or documents.

- We do not send your request to anyone you did not select.

- We do not verify lender licenses. Lenders are responsible for their own licensing and disclosures.
