### Promotional placement

### Pricing questions

Who can list on LenderMatrix?Banks, credit unions, CDFIs, SBA lenders, private and bridge lenders, debt funds, equipment and asset-based lenders, factoring companies, and commercial mortgage and business loan brokers. Brokers are labeled as brokers.

Do you charge success fees or per-lead fees?No. Pricing is a flat subscription. You are not charged per request received or per loan funded.

How does the free trial work?The trial lasts 30 days and requires a card. Nothing is charged during the trial. It converts to the Basic plan unless you cancel or pick a different plan first, and we email you before it ends.

Are programs reviewed before they go live?Programs publish immediately. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for your own licensing and disclosures. We can suspend listings that are misleading or inappropriate.

Can borrowers contact us directly?Every plan receives financing requests and in-app messages. Featured and Pro plans also display your phone, email and website on your public profile.

Can I change or cancel my plan?Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge, downgrades apply at your next renewal, and you can cancel any time and keep access through the period you paid for.
