How LenderMatrix Works

LenderMatrix is a marketplace. Lenders publish what they finance, borrowers search or get matched, and the borrower decides who receives their request.

For borrowers

  1. Tell us what you need

Answer a few questions about the property or business, the amount and your timeline. No SSN, no document uploads.

  2. See your potential matches

We compare your request with each program's published criteria and show you what matched and what did not.

  3. Choose the lenders you want

Select one program or several. Only the lenders you pick receive your request.

  4. Talk to lenders directly

Track each lender's response and message them from your dashboard.

What a match tells you

Every match shows the criteria that lined up and the ones that did not, so you can judge fit for yourself before you contact anyone.

Example

94% Potential Match

13 of 14 applicable criteria matched

  • Matched: Loan amount within program range
  • Matched: Property type accepted
  • Matched: Lends in your state
  • Matched: Leverage under program maximum
  • Not matched: DSCR slightly below preferred level

A potential match compares your answers with a lender's published criteria. It is not underwriting, an approval or an offer.

For lenders

  1. Create your company profile

Tell borrowers who you are, where you lend and what you specialize in.

  2. Define your lending box

Publish programs with the criteria you actually underwrite to: loan size, leverage, property types, industries and states.

  3. Receive requests that fit

Borrowers find you in search or through matching and choose to send you their financing request.

  4. Work the deal in your pipeline

Message the borrower, track status, assign teammates and measure what converts.

What LenderMatrix does not do

  • We do not lend money, broker loans or make credit decisions.
  • We do not pull credit or collect Social Security numbers, bank logins or documents.
  • We do not send your request to anyone you did not select.
  • We do not verify lender licenses. Lenders are responsible for their own licensing and disclosures.
