Our commitment

We want LenderMatrix to be usable by everyone. We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Semantic headings, landmarks and labeled form fields.
  • Full keyboard operation with visible focus, skip links and focus management in menus, dialogs and the request wizard.
  • Colour contrast checked in both light and dark themes.
  • Error messages announced to assistive technology and tied to their fields.
  • Motion kept subtle and switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Layouts that reflow down to 320 pixels wide without loss of content.

Known limits

Lender-supplied content such as logos and descriptions may not always meet the same standard. Charts include text summaries.
