How Everything Inc. makes money
Borrowers use Everything Inc. free. Lenders and brokers pay a flat subscription to publish loan programs, and lenders on some plans can buy additional promotional placement. We are not paid per request, per introduction or per funded loan, and we do not receive fees from borrowers for arranging credit.
What is paid, and how you can tell
- Featured and Sponsored labels mark paid placement: a search boost, or a spotlight on the homepage or on a loan type, industry or state page.
- Paid placement changes position only. Its ranking effect is capped, and equally placed sponsors rotate so no one permanently holds the top spot.
- Paid placement never changes whether a program is eligible for you, how your potential match is scored, or which criteria are shown.
- Plan badges (for example “Featured”) show the subscription a lender chose. They are not a rating, a verification or an endorsement.
What cannot be bought
- “Usually responds within a day” and similar badges are earned from the lender’s real response times on Everything Inc. and are removed automatically when they no longer apply.
- Match explanations, eligibility results and the marketplace data we publish.
Invitations and perks
Lenders who invite another lender may receive a plan perk (extra Deal Room introductions) when the invited lender starts a plan. No one is paid, in cash or otherwise, for referring a borrower or for a loan that funds. Badges and embedded program cards that lenders place on their own websites link back to Everything Inc. and carry the lender’s invitation code.
What we do not do
We do not sell banner advertising, we do not share borrower information with advertisers, and we do not let lenders pay to receive requests a borrower did not choose to send them. Questions: [email protected]. See also the Marketplace Disclaimer and Terms of Use.
