Everything Inc. is a marketplace, not a lender
Everything Inc. is an online advertising and marketplace platform. We do not make, arrange, broker, negotiate, underwrite, approve or guarantee loans, we make no credit decisions, and we are not a party to any transaction between a borrower and a lender or broker. We are not your agent, adviser or fiduciary.
Listings come from lenders and brokers
Loan programs, criteria, rates, fees, terms, company profiles and contact details are submitted by the lenders and brokers shown. They are indicative, can change or be withdrawn at any time, may be incomplete or out of date, and are not verified, endorsed or guaranteed by Everything Inc.. We do not verify any lender’s license, registration, authority or financial capacity, and brokers are labeled as brokers based on what they tell us.
A potential match is not an approval
A “potential match” is an automated comparison between the answers you gave and the criteria a lender published. It is not an approval, pre-approval, commitment, rate quote or offer of credit, and a high score does not mean you will be approved. Every loan is subject to the lender’s own application, underwriting, documentation, approval and closing conditions.
Requests, the Deal Room and messages
Your request goes only to the lenders and brokers you select. If you choose to list it in the Deal Room, subscribed lenders see an anonymous summary and may introduce themselves; your identity is shared with a lender only when you reply. We do not review conversations for accuracy and are not responsible for what users say or agree between themselves.
Paid placement and badges
“Featured” and “Sponsored” mark paid placement, not a recommendation; see the Advertising Disclosure. Response-time badges are calculated from activity on Everything Inc. and say nothing about pricing, approval odds or the quality of a lender.
Data and guides
Marketplace statistics describe listings and activity on Everything Inc. only. They are not market research, forecasts or advice. Guides and articles are general information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and nothing on the site is an offer of securities.
Do your own due diligence
Confirm every rate, fee and term in writing with the lender. Check licenses and registrations with your state regulator.
