Lender Subscription Terms

Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, to the card on file through our payment processor, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Free trial: the trial requires a card, lasts the number of days shown at sign-up and is not charged. Unless you cancel or choose another plan before it ends, it converts to the plan shown at sign-up at the then-current price.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and a prorated amount for the rest of the current period is charged. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No refunds are given for downgrades or partial periods unless the law requires otherwise.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for, after which your programs are hidden. Your data is retained so you can return.
• Failed payments: if a payment fails we notify you and keep your programs live during a grace period. If the balance remains unpaid at the end of the grace period your programs are hidden until billing is resolved. Nothing is deleted.
• Price changes: changes to public prices do not alter the price of an existing subscription without notice to you.

Promotional placement

Promotions are labeled as advertising, are subject to ranking caps and rotation, and do not guarantee any number of views, requests or funded loans.

Your obligations

Keep listings accurate and current; hold all licenses and make all disclosures that apply to you; use borrower information only to respond to that borrower; never describe a LenderMatrix match as an approval.
